We want you to love your official Goose apparel as much as the music, but if something isn't right, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
